We offer free shipping on every item in every store with no minimum purchase! You will be hard pressed to find another online retailer offering this. (Available only in the continental USA.)
Free shipping will take 6-10 days for the order to reach you. Other up-charged shipping services will show the expected delivery speed when you pick them during check out.
We use UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Parcel Post shipping on all orders with free shipping. When you select free shipping, EarplugsRUs picks the service your package will ship with.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all of the United States and its territories. We also ship to APO’s, FPO’s, other military bases, and PO boxes. Internationally we only ship to Canada. Shipping cost may be greater than originally quoted. In the event that shipping costs exceeds the quoted amount, EarPlugsRUs, reserves the right to cancel your order and/or issue a refund. We may be able to quote you a better shipping price and provide shipping by calling us directly at 1-855-868-6024. There are shipping charges incurred for APO/FPO, and Canada addresses. In addition, the customer is responsible for any duties and custom's fees. Orders may take additional time to reach places not in the continental USA.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When we ship your order you will be emailed a tracking number link that you can use to track the progress of your order. Orders shipped by USPS are sometimes tracked incorrectly by USPS. If you have any questions about tracking please contact us. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site and clicking “account”, then “orders.” All of your current and past orders will be shown. Click on the order you wish to track.
ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED?
If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere – occasionally, carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted delivery, or the carrier may have lost it.
IF YOU'RE NOT HOME
It's up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep, or to leave it with a building manager or doorman. If the driver believes it is best to obtain a signature, he or she will try a few times to secure one. When a package is returned "non-deliverable," you should get a full refund unless it is determined that the order was improperly refused. Non-deliverable orders will not be resent. You must place a new order to receive your items.
